I know I promised not to ask for your aid again, but I have a few questions :
1 - When I upload an Image (my edit toolbar isn't working. I mean by clicking on the link), what do I insert in "Destination filename?"
2 - For Talk Templates, what do I insert for the user name at the bottom of the code? It usually just replicates the 1 template or the word template, even though I fill out and copy the code EXACTLY....
.... anyways, I know you are busy, and I wish you luck on your Gears project. Let me know if you need anything (yes, I'd like to be included in a project at some point), and I hope there are no hard feelings between us...

Thanks! It's a promise (yes, Hayner and Roxas' voices are meant to be heard when you read that). And by "end of the code", I mean when it shows the codes for templates : ie. {{Randomusername|text={{text}}, {[Randomusername|happy={{happy}}, etc.,etc. And ok. eh... you are simply making the templates visible on the template page, so you just insert the templates! (insert the template name (username) within the "brackets" (I don't know what these ({}) marks are called in english :P))

Mac: cmd () + shift + 3 (for all screen) or 4 (to drag). the image will then appear on the desktop
PC: alt + PrintScreen (PrtScreen). open Paint (or something) and Edit>Paste, then Save the document

Thanks for uploading those Days Gears; I actually had those magic ones ready to be uploaded, but I can't upload them. Must be another Wiki-Bug... I'll get it ready, Browse for the file, choose an appropriate name, choose the copyright. then, when I click "Upload," the file location in the top box jsut gets erased! UGH! Any idea on what's wrong?

but like you said, it seems to be different between Macs and PCs... I can upload images, while you can't. but, I have a lot of minuses where it comes to seeing fonts and templates, every (non-talk) template has non-round edges! and some fonts just show up as arial!...
anyway, like you've noticed, I started our gear project by uploading the images, and then creating/inserting everything regarding the Tech Gear. then I got a little sidetracked, and started to upload all item-, magic- and other panel images I had on my computer, and then gave the Panel System page a little makeover :P (I think that it looks good (can you give me some feedback :P))
So, how shall we do this?

By the way, thanks to your remodel of the Gear page, I think I have a better understanding of how one Gear sprite can stand for multiple gears. Now, is the sprite changed to the stronger Gear by adding abilities, or what?

Eh... I don't really get that last question... but maybe this helps:
If you have no gears equipped you use your basic weapon (you do not equip weapons in Days, you equip gears that change your basic weapons looks and stats). If you have a gear equipped, your weapon gets better and its looks change. Abilities do not affect the gears, but some gears give your weapon a special ability or two.

All gears have ability units, and the Zero gear turns the Kingdom Key into the Oathkeeper if there's one ability unit, and Serendipitous Pair if there are two or more.

You got it, as long as there's a green nvaigation template! :P For some reason or another, I've been disappointed at the lack of green in Kingdom Hearts. I mean, the Organization had just about every color of hair, but not green!? Personally, I think that Xaldin should have had green hair. :P

anyway, Ability units are the empty spaces that are linked to/a part of the Gear panel. They can be filled up with (what I call) "upgrade panels", that raise strength, magic, speed, and so forth. The Gear itself is counted with the ability units (which confuses me...)
For example, here is the Zero gear with five ability units:
I'll continue working on the Gear project after school (I am at school now).
Ability units are basically "add ons" to the gear to increase it in attack, magic, defense, critical and bonus (no clue what bonus does). Also the upgrade with a crossfire makes all attacks have a chance of critical hit (normally only the finisher can get critical hits). That upgrade works differently for the zero gear. Putting one on it will change it to oathkeeper. Putting two will change it to serendiputous blade (i think that's what you call it). Putting three will change it back to kingdom key+ if done in story mode. In mission mode; instead you get to play as dual wield roxas (he is VERY weak though).

I just wanted to say thanks for all of your hard work on the Gear pages. I'm sorry for ticking you off earlier. Anyways, I finally have a grip on coding. YAY! Also, I wanted to know if you could consider doing a project with me sort of like what you're doing w/ DTN on BBS once we get to the point where it is like Days is now on the Wiki...I'm sure we could think of some great stuff together. Sorry again if this sounds like that "let me know if you need help" thing. I don't doubt your ability. You are, after all, one of the most effective editors the Wiki has...and one of the best Wiki friends I have.

I think that that is a great idea, but I think that we should wait a little bit longer :P at least until we have better renders and images, then we can cut them up into templates :P
Use Swap Magic. But you need to find a way to switch the disks without the ps2 knowing. (ex: removing the already loaded Swap Magic disk from the top and putting KH2FM+ in the tray and then load it.) This way you can play Japanese games. If you have slim ps2, you don't need to but anything other than swap magic since it has a flip-cover to remove the disks. You can only order swap magic; you can't just buy it in a store. You can buy it on vpgames.com. Though before buying it research it more and how to remove the disk without the ps2 knowing. I had to change the case of my ps2 to a special case which allows me to remove the disk without the ps2 knowing. Hopes this helps. And remember, you only need swap magic if you have slim ps2.

It's only illegal if you download the games for it. Buying swap magic isn't illegal, only if you download the game then the game would be illegal. For example, if you ordered swap magic and kingdom hearts 2 final mix+ then it isn't illegal since you bought the game. But if you downloaded kingdom hearts 2 final mix+ on the internet then doing that would be illegal. Buying swap magic isn't illegal, it will just allow you to play a variety of games. Anyway, School is great! And yeas, I do have a good amount of friends, who happen to be with me in some classes.
Since this school is based on eininga-kerfi (literal translation: unit-system), we just have to do X units until we graduate (I think that I have to do 140... or was it 120... I don't remember :P)
anyway, since the school is like, that, we are not in classes, and we can almost choose what subjects we are in :P There are a lot of diferent "paths" to take, and I am on "Art-path" :D
I am currently not in any math, I am not in Danish nor German/French (I haven't decided which third language I'll take), and I am in a lot of Icelandic and English, along with all those art classes :P
Yet another plus, I live like one minute away from the school :P

Can you help add images and the stats for as many 358/2 days weapon as possible? I don't know the stats for the organization XIII pandora gear weapons and most don't even have images. I don't know where we can find images. Also we need to add the stats of goofy's and donald's organization XIII weapons in 358/2 days. I actually don't know any weapon stats... I've just been using some of these scans, and for a while, I thought that they said the stats (which they technically do), but when I checked it out, the already filled in stats from here didn't match the scans... so, unless you can give me something to base the stats off, I'm afraif I can't be of much help. Here's a tip to help you give the stats of the weapons. The stats the gears give one of the organization XIII members are the same for all the others Organization XIII members. (ex: the zero gear for roxas gives the same stats if you equipped the zero gear for Vexen). But if we're talking about Donald, Goofy, Sora, Riku, and King Mickey, then the stats will be different from everyone else. (ex: If Sora equipped the zero gear, then the stats would be different if you equipped the zero gear on Riku or Roxas). Thats all i can give you.--Xsonicdragon 13:45, 29 August 2009 (UTC)
Actually that's for most of the gears (i think) They all have very similar stats with a slight difference. Though some of the gears still give the same stats for any organization XIII member.

I almost finished all the gearless weapons's stats except Lexeaus' because it said it was a page for deletion. Also i need the bonus for each weapon. Right now all of them have +? for bonus. And this section of your talk has almost the same people who were arguing to keep limit breaks page. It was you (Xiggie), DTN, and me (Xsonicdragon). Anyways we need to focus more on the weapons from Xigbar to Larxene. The weapons for the member inbetween the two said and the two said don't have much detail on them. For the weapon-with-the-same-gear-have-the-same-stats, it only applies to the zero gear for organization XIII. I don't know why, but that's just how it is. I'll just try to do the keyblade stats, but even though i have the game, it's hard to get the pandora gear and i need to buy a lot of gears. Plus it's hard to read Japanese. Try to upload as many different images for the weapons so if it is already on the page, i can just use it for the weapons' image on the stats box--Xsonicdragon 05:05, 30 August 2009 (UTC).

Thanks Xiggie. I'm so sorry that I wasn't of much help with the Gear project, though. The house remodel shut the Internet down yet again, this time for 2 days! Then, my mom was using my computer all day the following day, so I wasn't able to get on then either! Then, I come back on the Wiki, first to find that there's alot of buzz about new staff elections. I actually am not sure how that will play out. Based on how I think it will end, it just doesn't seem right! In all truthfulness, at least 60% of votes are coming from the Users who just are here mostly for their talk page, not for actual improvements on the Wiki! That's why one User in particular is seemingly going to become a mod, which I think is putting the Wiki in the hands of those who are only basing their votes on who they've been talking to on the IRC or in their talk page. Still, I put my vote down for somebody who deserves it for all of their behind-the-scenes work: you!

If you mean me, I see where you're coming from, but also find that offensive. You need to put trust in people. Do you seriously think that one cannot change to be more of a hand? I do edit on the Wiki...but for my own accursed reasons, I was on the talk pages for a long time when I started. Maybe Xiggie does deserve a promotion. I could care less whether I got it or not. So, I think I have a good way to do the emotions. For each character with emotions, we can create one sub page for them with just their normal emotion, and one with all of their emotions. If someone wants to change images or colors, it shouldn't be that difficult. The talk template you made is very easy for even simple Users to tinker with, which is great!
@EO: I do think Xiggie deserves a promotion, that's why he was me vote. :P
Lest I'm mistaken, you do seem rather hurt and upset by this, EO. The thing is, you don't know if I was talking about you or not. If you get it, great!!
