Armor of the Master Edit

You may be the first Administrator on this Wiki, but you're not above the rules and I'm not afraid to counter you if you're being unreasonable. The subject of the matter is the picture of Armor of the Master, which is a fan-ripped, tilted, in-game image which was intended to be a temporary picture until the official render surfaced. I found that official render on khwiki.net and uploaded it here, but whenever I replace that rubbish image, you revert it with no explanation, which is beginning to piss me off greatly, since I gave a valid reason and you reverted TWICE without a good reason other than "Sorry, we're using this one". Just because you say so? You're kidding me.

You answer this claim to me on my talk page BEFORE you revert that picture again and you give me a good reason. You touch that image one more time out of spite and without a reason, I'm reporting you to another administrator. I know deep down that if another user were doing this, the picture would have been accepted the first time, because that's how it was with the Lingering Sentiment's infobox picture. This bias and spite is going too far. If you're really as important as this Wiki makes you out to be, help me instead of spiting me.

Vandal Edit

There's a user named Tamia317 who is a vandal, adds random nonsense to pages, uploads random unrelated photos, and gets in fights with other users (namely .:Sora:.). She already has a warning, but I think she deserves harsher punishment. RoxasNobody

Walkthrough namespace problem... thingEdit

hey maggosh it seems that the wiki needs to see walkthrough namespace actually created in other words an admin (or beaurecrat) needs to actually create the namespace itself or the page's title as Walkthrough:blah blah blah will not work.

One small problem, and I quote from the page, "There must not be any pages in the custom namespace before it is created -- this means you can't have any pages (including redirects) with a title of the form "Custom namespace name:Pagetitle". You mean the eliminator picture? Simple. I got the Ultimania, I scanned it, and cutted the Eliminator picture. You lost a willing contributer here - there's been nothing wrong with my edits. Not everyone knows what "Critical Mode" is, when they see it in an article, should they have to look it up again to find out the changes? Adding a link to the difficulty levels page is useful for newcomers. When I add a sentence that is consistent with the wording of the sentence before it, you call it opinionated and replace it with a sentence that is not only a fragment, but missing words.

You don't have to worry about reverting any more changes from me, because I won't even try to contribute anymore.

Wikis: An encyclopedia that everyone can contribute to. What a joke.

If you are going to revert all of the changes that I make, you may as well revoke my editing privileges. In fact, that'd probably be the best course of action because I may some time in the future get the crazy idea in my head that a newcomer can edit a Wiki in a constructive manner and not have their changes reverted in less than 30 minutes.

Something about Larxene... Edit

I was playing Final Fantasy 7 (for the first time) earlier today, and i ran across Elena. Now i have an obsession of looking up concept art for video game characters, so i did. I went to the Final Fantasy Wiki and looked up Elena. She looked familiar. I went to this wiki and looked up Larxene. Strange similarity. So I unscrambled her name by taking away the "X" and unscrambling it (like the other Org. names). And it worked for Elena. So i looked at both wiki's and none of them seemed to mention this possibility. I know anyone can edit the pages, but i wanted to run it by an admin or a mod before i can mention this possibility to see if anyone else agrees with this... Staff Meeting Edit

Maggosh, I hear your out of town or country or space or somewhere for the next week and won't be back until Friday the 8th, but while you we're gone, we have a "meeting" of some short on discussing new staff for the wikia. Anyway, here, take a look (its kinda long). Also, we think we should have another community meeting to discuss on new staff for the wikia, because alot of the user are getting anxious and confused about it. But with all the staff member. Fanon Edit

Fanon and non-factual information is running rampant on at least a few pages, and it's very concerning. I've seen it being stated as highly likely that Riku's hand is injured in KH2, when there is nothing factual to support this. The only support given is that he has a white band--shown to be entirely soft fabric when examined in screenshots of the ending--over the hand coincidentally injured previously by Roxas. This is fanon and untrue, and belongs on a page dedicated to fanon (a solution I've seen implemented by other Wikis to keep main pages factual).

As well, the Sora's Heartless page includes a lot without factual basis. There is no proof either way that Sora is a "pseudo-Heartless" throughout the end of KH1 and through to KH2. It should stick to the incident of Hollow Bastion, and the Data form from Coded/ RE: Coded.

Also, the Replica Project has a glaring mistake: Riku Replica comments that he has his own heart, and Vexen goes on to confirm this as well as Namine when she rewrites his memories (her power is stated canonly to be the ability to rewrite the memories of those whose HEARTS are connected to Sora). It's likely artificial, but it is still a heart.

Vexen's page, as well, has glaring inaccuracies--such as calling him a coward when he's understandably afraid of Xemnas and DEATH, or saying he's incompetent in battle when he's clearly not and Demyx is supposedly the most incompetent in battle but is still a damn good opponent. He is also not a coward when he continues to stand up to Marluxia with a scythe in his face, only backing down on threat of being charged with treason. Thirdly with this article and his personality is that he is extremely competent, which is why Saix had him eliminated and why Xemnas chose him to work on the Replica Project in the first place.

(Proof for the former: Axel: Hmm... Look, I knew Vexen and Zexion would be obstacles. That's why they're not here anymore. When have I ever complained about the dirty work?)

Xion, meanwhile, is a replica of SORA who was NOT initially made of his memories. She simply absorbed them when they STARTED leaking. As well, Xion does not look like Kairi because she is "the most important person to him." She looks like Kairi because she was a huge chunk of missing memory--one of the first things available. Riku and Kairi are CANONLY equally important to each other, and this is blatant shipping goggles.

This is just what I've found so far. I urge you to have people take a serious look at articles, as I know many people rely on this site in the instance of roleplay or to double-check facts--which is VERY hard to do when the articles are so full of fanon and wrong information, and when people try to correct them, they are simply reverted (a friend of mine edited the injury part out, simply stating it was a glove or armband, only to have it reverted to the injury bit later). A very good solution is to make a page for purely fanon things that could go either way or are not supported in any way by game facts or interviews. This way, people can have their fanon on Sora being a Heartless through multiple games displayed without cluttering up the actual article and diminishing the facts.--AnakhaSilver 09:46, July 1, 2011 (UTC)
