Oh, I was really tired when I wrote that and had actually forgotten that I could make them. I corrected myself of Ssbbfan4's talk page a little while after. I wanted to try and aleviate the workload on DTN and Xiggie. Anyway, I do still make them, so if you want one you can just tell me the color scheme, character, and quotes you want.
Quotes: Ahh, it's not that we hate it. It's just kinda... scary.

There's already a template for your talk bubble, Template:Dornob. If you need help making bubbles with different emotions, ask DTN or Xiggie, because for some reason it's just not working for me.

When I joined the wiki no one offered me any help. I figured out how to design a userpage and make talk bubbles on my own. So now I teach other people how to do it.

Sad, Happy, Angry, etc. Using another character is allowed. Same colors with different quotes. You don't need to make them, you can just tell me how to make them and I'll do the rest.

I don't know if I could teach you how to make them without actually being there in real life to tell you step by step. Probably the easiest thing you could do is go to the page that has my talk bubbles on them and copy and paste the code onto your talk bubble page and change the options as necessary. Like color, picture, and quotes. It's either that or I'd have to do it for you.

And there you have it, three emotional talk templates for Lexaeus. As you asked for, I gave you normal, happy, and angry. I can always add more if you want more. To use your templates, use the new following coding:
Normal - {{Dornob|time=~~~~~|text=Your text here.}}
Happy - {{Dornob|time=~~~~~|happytext=Your text here.}}
Angry - {{Dornob|time=~~~~~|angrytext=Your text here.}}
You must use the five "~"s as the timestamp now; it's a wiki-wide rule for talk templates. Let me know if there is anything you want changed in your talk templates; they are your talk templates, so they should be how you want them to be.
