Heya DE. I asked RN this abotu 2 days ago, but he hasn't replied... So I thought I'd ask you. I made a page about Demyx Time and was wondering if it could be put on the wiki as an actual page, considering we are now a full fledged fansite. ^_^
Why is my edit to the fake Vivi (boss) being reverted? I'm not vandalising the page, my edit has been reverted two times now without any reason (to my knowledge). I am simply adding a video of one of the two fights you have with him to the bottom of the page, like you have with many other bosses you fight in KH2. There are no other videos there, the one I posted is the first video on the page.

Well, I thought I'd host the images offsite for now and then upload them if someone chooses them. That way, if someone wants to claim that icecream and rename it, I'll upload it under the new name instead. I was just gonna make two 'new' flavours for now cause we have all the BBS ones to choose from as well (plus the option of making your own), so I thought that'd be enough.

Actually, I will upload the images here. As for the renaming, I think its a good idea just incase someone is overwhelmed by the whole process, but they still want to personalise thier flavour a bit.
I did think about splitting them up into seperate pieces, but do you think that might limit the winner a bit? I don't wanna make anyone think that because one part is split up like that, they have to use it that way, even if they don't like the handle or something like that. I suppose I want it to be open for interpretation. However, if you don't think that's an issue I'll get to work on seperating them.
Oh, and have I mentioned how awesome your new talk bubbles are? Color coordination FTW! :P

Yep, that's why I worded it that way. The general idea is that someone could do something like 'Draw KH characters as inspired by your favourite anime' or do the reverse of 'Draw your favourite anime in the style of KH', cause I reckon they'd be fun themes. :) And DE must participate! EDIT: Late reply was no problem as I've been away for a bit so I didn't notice. As for the terminus, it's coming along. DH and DS are doing quite good on it, but I don't think things will be 100% finished until I can dedicate myself to it fully, which I'm unable to do at the moment. Soon though!

Hello there, it's been a while!!! I've started working on the Terminus Revamp and I'll I've got left to do is create the page to 'advertise' the User Arenas. However, before I go ahead with creating the icons for each arena, I want to make sure that they are up to code and therefore eligible to be promoted. What I'm getting at is that it's time to start screening the arenas! Now, I'm pretty sure the process is pretty basic: Talk to the owners to make sure all the arenas look great (i.e. no grammar problems, astetically pleasing etc.) So, I don't mind doing this myself (which I think would be easier, cause I won't have to wait to collaborate with someone else who might end up doing something completely different to what I'm doing) but I was wondering if you wanted any input on how the user arenas will be handled. Like, any standards you have for arenas or how you want the page to look etc. So... any input you wanna have?? Also, how come your arena is closed? :(

I finally got around to creating a template for linking users to .net, so here it is! I feel the wording is a bit funny, but I'm not sure how to explain our entire change of approach to the way articles are composed in just a few sentences. I think it would work better if it could link to an updated Manual of Style or something, but noone's really working on that (and I am not volunteering). Apart from that, is there anything you want changed? It's a rough draft, so ideas are (as always) welcome!
EDIT:Rant is forgiven! And all that drama above is... well, I honestly find it a tinsy bit entertaining. I just do not get some people... but yes, I think you were smart to not go near that whole mess. XP
Anyway, I guess the template is there for when we need it (whenever wikia FINALLY gets back to us, that is) and I suppose that's one thing ticked off the to do list. I'm about halfway through NGE, btw. I started watching it, but like I say on my review page, I got sidetracked and haven't gotten back to it yet. I decided to watch the whole series as well, so I'm up to episode 12 and I will get back to it hopefully in the next couple of days. Yano, one anime you might like is Elfen Lied, cause it kind of gives me the same vibe as Evangelion, but with less robots. :P Eh, just a suggestion...

Originally I was gonna just watch Death and Rebirth to get the gist of things and then follow up with End and then get really into it with the Rebuild films, but I decided to watch the original series as well. And after watching 15 minutes of Death and Rebirth, boy am I glad I decided to! That movie would be SO confusing if you hadn't seen the series before. :P

I reckon featured talker and userpage could be fun to open now, but I'm not fond of doing the Drawoff yet, cause I don't think our userbase is big enough to get that going. I was browsing this wiki and I really love the design and layout but one thing that sticks out that I would really like to implement in my own wiki would be the Game/Gameicon templates I see on various pages.
Mostly what I am trying to do is have a single image (no plans for more than 1) appear on ALL pages in the location right above the Wiki Activity button, as it appears on many pages here.
I am very new to wiki style but I have been coding for many years - I just can't seem to find how the code allows the images to appear up above in the header based on the code in the templates.
I would really appreciate any help you could provide!

I was thinking that I should write something from EVERY characters viewpoint, with the exception of those who didn't create their char. Yes, that includes Sylar.
I could ask the users if they wanted to write their own or if they wanted me to write it. So it would be from an original viewpoint.
You, being the Enigma King, have to give me the storyline. What happens? Who dies in the end? Who survives? What are the answers to the mysteries and what mysteries should there be?

*Yeah, maybe not a chapter, just a paragraph or so, and they all interact with each other. I edited a story that someone wrote that was like that. The only problem will be making it complex but not too complex to the point that people get confused.
DE, FR is our wiki mother, so we know her talk page just as well as our own :P There was a time when 13sora and I answered each others questions we posted on her talk page...:P

Where's the final trailer? By final, I mean Final, as in the trailer for the fourth movie that shows at the end of 3.0. It's like when everyone was talking about Blank Points and I hadn't seen it and was soooo curious! But then I'm anti-spoilers so I had to play the game first. :P
I've heard a few things about 3.0, but not much. Just that someone's interning in space (I forgot who) and it's set 16 years (I think) since the last movie. I'm massaging my brain now because I know I'm gonna eventually watch it and my head's gonna melt because I'm gonna have no idea what is going on. XD I think if anything, I'm most excited for the visuals. The poster and the few trailers they released were gorgeous. Sorry, late reply and all. Well, sure you can send me the info, if you want! I don't think I can handle waiting for subs anyway. XD But keep in mind you may have to dumb it down a bit, cause sometimes things just fly straight over my head. Please tell me you did not right ALL OF THAT out just for me! I was expecting a fair bit of writing, but not THAT much! Don't worry though, of course I read it all! First: As he says this, Fuyutsuki lits the room to reveal a wall similar to a bee hive, with each compartment possesing the severed head of a Rei clone with empty, bleeding eyesockets. and Down, on the ruins of Tokyo-3, thousands of red eva-like giants are frozen in time, some brutally disfigured, some protouding from houses. and Down in Central Dogma, the sea of LCL that once filled the area is now replaced by an ocean of eva-sized skulls, and Lilith's corpse is buried among them, impaled in the Lance of Longinus, and rotting. Now, I know my brain is totally messed up, but I HAVE to see what those look like animated. I can only imagine how creepily cool they're gonna look. :P
Do you remember a while ago when I said that I wasn't as crazy about Kaworu cause he wasn't around for long, so I didn't connect with him enough? Well, adding in more Kaworu in these movies was a genius move. I completely understand your fascination with his interactions with Shinji. When he puts on the collar in place of Shinji.. Gah, so many feelings! Shinji panics, and ask Kaworu what to do, what had he done wrong. Waaah, it's so sad! That one line out of the whole chunk of writing... it just got to me. I'm gonna be glued to the screen during that part, whenever the dub comes out. I'm starting to connect more with Shinji as well, cause he's so messed up! It's hard not to want to hug him to pieces and tell him everything's gonna be okay.
Also, I still hate Gendo. He didn't pop up too much, but when he did I was grinding my teeth. His very pressence is annoying.
Question: What is your opinion on Mari? Just as a hardcore NGE fan, I was wondering wether you welcomed the addition, or disliked it. Personally, I like her, but I thought she was gonna be a bit more essential to the story than she has been so far.

First, I just heard of the Pizzavangelion trend. Some fandoms are so odd. ^_^ And after seeing those small screenshots I got more antsy to see the movie, but I found this pic and it made me smile. Words of wisdom right there. :P
Aw, I decided to listen to that song while writing this letter and I wasn't expecting it to be so powerful, cause for me OSTs are only good with movie, but you're right, it's a super sad song. And I swear you can read my mind, cause as soon as the lady started singing I went to look up lyrics, but you already had it covered. XP But do you think Kaworu feels the same for Shinji as Shinji does for him? I question whether he genuinely cares for Shinji, or if he just coddles him because he knows of all the stress he's going to come under. Like, do you think he's drawn to Shinji because of his personality, or because of the role he has in the "bigger picture"?
Also, was it just me, or were the other pilot's kind of... jerky. Why're they unemotional towards Shinji after saving him? I dunno, it just seems like they dropped the supporting cast in favour of developing Shinji and Kaworu more. Which I suppose works, cause I'm becoming partial to Shinji despite disliking him in the earlier series, but I'm losing a bit of love for the others cause they're falling in the background. I think I've had this issue with a few other animes as well. But that's my issue with Mari atm. They set her up for a big role in the series, but has yet to do anything spectacular. They've gotta have a big plan for her though! I'm hoping for something awesome like the "Rei/Dummy plug" reveal in the original series where it blows your mind. :D
Actually, here's a pretty interesting review. One guy didn't like it, the other guy did and it makes for an interesting discussion. Be warned that one guy was pretty harsh, so it might ruffle your feathers a bit. :P I enjoyed reading their thoughts though.
Also, another question that I couldn't resist, despite it being a kind of risque topic: What do you think of the Kaworu/Shinji lover theory? To me, their relationship is one of those spiritual ones that transcends the basic meanings of "love". It kind of bugs me whenever two same gender characters in anime connect psychologically and someone's always gotta bring up the "they secretly love each other" theory. I guess it's cause I've never seen thier relationship as sexually tense or anything like that. As far as I'm concerned, Kaworu is an angel, so he has no concept of gender or relationships like that. But, if he was human, who knows? :) Plus, I think I get annoyed because I don't believe in having to label people for thier sexual orientation. Why does Shinji have to be defined as Gay or Straight? Why does it matter? If he loves Kaworu, then fine, and if he doesnt, then fine as well. Rant over. Anyway, I was just wondering if you had any thoughts on the matter. And of course, if this topic is too controversial or whatever, feel free to ignore me. XD

And of course this is said from someone who has only read the story. Maybe if I watch it I'll understand it more and completely change my thinking. :D Hopefully these walls of text will make up for my gaps between answering messages. Oh, that reminds me: Please tell me you have seen Battlestar Galactica. It's been compared to NGE more than once, and I think you'd enjoy it, if you haven't already. The only difference it has from NGE is that it isn't quite as bleak. But there's a lot of emotional, religious stuff going on mixed with lots of robots and spaceships and fighting. :)

Yeah, hypocritical is a good way to describe the other character's actions. It's kind of interesting at his point in Rebuild, cause they now have the final movie to wrap the whole thing up, so it's gonna be cool to see what they come up with.
That site was pretty helpful, actually. I have come to the conclusion that until someone confesses, or they start making out, I shall leave speculation to the forums. I don't really partake in many pairings for any anime, anyway. Plus I always figured Shinji to be too naive/emotionally crippled for a relationship. I know AsukaXShinji is one of the more popular pairs, but even though I think Asuka cares for him, I couldn't imagine Shinji returning the feelings. If had to support a pairing I'd go ShinjiXRei, but then there's the whole Rei=Yui thingy, which makes it kind of weird. I think that when you become a part of any global fandom you have to realise that shipping has nothing to do with your sexuality. In the kpop verse I've seen idols paired with stuffed toys. Yeah. But KaworuXShinji is a cute pairing, I just couldn't imagine Shinji dating. He'd be so dependent on Kaworu, it'd be unhealthy.
