"Those kids over there (Hayner, Pence, and Olette) look nice. We should make friends with them one day."

— Xikana to Roxas during a mission in Twilight Town

Xikana, the Key of Light (光の鍵Hikari no kagi, lit The Light Key), is the Nobody of Kiana and was Rank XIII (along with Roxas) within Organization XIII. She was born when Aura's heart came out from Kiana. Xikana continued to endure and exist, oblivious to Kiana's existence for most of her life. She has the ability to use the Keyblade, and wields light, using it to direct rays that strike opponents with great power. She commands the Samurai Nobodies (along with Roxas). She is strongly like Aura, as Xigbar reveals in the Secret Reports.

Xikana was also one of the mysterious hooded figures in "Another side, Another story..." and "Deep Dive". In Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Xikana is the main protagonist's sister.

Kingdom Hearts

"Do you remember your true names?"

—Xemnas during his meeting with Roxas and Xikana in Dark Margin

According to the Secret Ansem Reports, Xikana was born when Aura's heart came out from Kiana, leaving Kiana's heart and body.

Thus, Kiana and Xikana co-existed, but Xikana was missing her memories, the memories of Kiana, and the two were incomplete without one another. Still, Xikana's status as Kiana's Nobody granted her the ability to use the Keyblade. This, as well as her capacity to experience actual human emotions, something that Nobodies are normally incapable of, makes Xikana a very unusual Nobody. However, as she wields a Keyblade, which serves as a homing beacon for the Heartless, she is constantly under risk of being attacked by them when not under the protection of other Organization members.

Roxas, Xikana, and Xemnas talked along the bank of the Dark Realm, the Dark Margin. This is where Xemnas said that he had been to see him and her (referring to Sora and Kiana). This is referring to when he was a secret boss in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix.

Xikana also appears to have a psychic link with Kiana, as she begins to absorb Kiana's memories as Namine restores them and falls into a coma right when Kiana was put to sleep.

Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories

Sora and Kiana visit Twilight Town after Vexen gave him and her the world card. Sora or Kiana don't recognize the world, but Donald and Goofy point out that they must, as it was created from their memories. Vexen tells Sora and Kiana that it was made from the memories found on the other side of their hearts. This references to Roxas and Xikana as Vexen met Roxas and Xikana before leaving for Castle Oblivion.

After finishing Riku's Story, there is a picture of Roxas and Xikana that is shown after the credits. This was made into a silent cutscene in Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories with Roxas and Xikana seen with Hayner, Pence, and Olette. During the end credits, Axel is seen to converse with them, but Roxas and Xikana are completely oblivious to his presence.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days

"Why did the Keyblade choose us? We have to know."

—Roxas and Xikana to Axel upon their departure from the Organization

Roxas and Xikana were "born" in Twilight Town and soon discovered by Xemnas, who gave them their names. Having nowhere else to go, Roxas and Xikana join the Organization in hopes of finding the answers they need. On Roxas's and Xikana's 6th day, they are summoned by Xemnas to the Dark Margin in the Realm of Darkness. Having met Sora and Kiana during his visit to Hollow Bastion, Xemnas mentioned the boy's and girl's resemblance to Roxas and Xikana. Roxas and Xikana asks just who he is, but Xemnas only explains just what he is. When Roxas and Xikana repeat the question, Xemnas states that his name is of no importance and asks Roxas and Xikana if they remember their own true names. Roxas and Xikana attempt to answer, but then realize that they don't know as Xemnas reveals the two youth's identities as Sora's and Kiana's Nobodies.

Two days after, Xemnas places Roxas and Xikana under Axel's watch, and the three soon become best friends. When they visit Twilight Town, sometimes they catch sight of three regular kids: Hayner, Pence, and Olette, and wishes to befriend them. The following days, Roxas and Xikana are trained by Marluxia, Vexen, Zexion, Larxene, and Lexaeus to hone their abilities while understanding the covert missions they would carry for the Organization. When Axel is sent to Castle Oblivion to interfere in Marluxia's plans to enslave Sora and Kiana and overthrow Xemnas, Roxas and Xikana are placed in charge of Xion, the newest member of the Organization and a girl about the same physical age as them.

Though emotionally distant at first, Xion soon opens up to Roxas and Xikana, revealing to them that she can wield a Keyblade, and the three become close friends. Afterward, due to Sora and Kiana being placed in suspended animation by Namine, Roxas and Xikana fall into comas for several weeks. After awakening, Roxas and Xikana attempt to spend time with Axel and Xion, but they begin to react to the process of Sora's and Kiana's memory restoration, and begin to question why they wield the Keyblade and doubt the Organization's motives. The memories manifest more during Roxas's and Xikana's missions.

As they spend more time with the Organization, Roxas and Xikana grow increasingly impatient towards their unanswered questions. Meanwhile, they still work actively to assist the Organization in their plan for Kingdom Hearts, using the Keyblade to release the hearts within the Heartless. However, Xion, seeking answers to her own questions, departs the Organization to find herself. Roxas and Xikana soon follow her example and defect from the Organization themselves. On their way, they are intercepted by Axel, who attempts to persuade them to stay, warning them that the Organization would destroy them due to his betrayal. However, Roxas and Xikana remain indifferent, saying "No one would miss us", and continue on their way.

At some point, Roxas and Xikana, while searching Twilight Town, encounter Xion, who has discovered the truth behind her own birth (that she is not a Nobody, but an imperfect replica of Roxas and Xikana created from Sora's and Kiana's leaked memories by Xemnas in the event that Sora and Kiana turn out to be useless to his plans for Kingdom Hearts) and is reprogrammed by Xemnas. Roxas and Xikana are shocked to discover that Xion has taken on the appearance of their past selves, and even more so when they discover that Xion desires to become the 'real' Sora and Kiana, and wants to absorb Roxas and Xikana stating it was the reason why she was created.

This is shown to be nothing but a ruse, in connection to her thoughts by her Secret Reports. She is aware that they cannot coexist, that Roxas and Xikana were in danger if so, and decided to willingly disappear, and not let Xemnas succeed: a fact that she states when she later dies.

Knowing that Roxas and Xikana would not be able to kill her, and Axel had admitted that he could not either in his own Secret Report, she forces Roxas and Xikana to fight her instead. Xion then transforms into a giant armored monster at the ready. After a long and grueling battle, Roxas and Xikana defeat Xion, who regains her original appearance. Roxas and Xikana, however, lose all of their memories of Xion after the battle. In her final moments, she informs Roxas and Xikana of the true colors of the Organization, tells them that she is glad they were friends and pleads with them not to let Xemnas accomplish Kingdom Hearts before dying peacefully in their arms. At this moment, Roxas and Xikana remember Xion, but they are too late. Saddened, Roxas and Xikana hold Xion's essence and degenerating crystallized body until she is completely gone, leaving behind a seashell on the ground, as they spill tears.

This marks the start of where they gains the signature ability to dual-wield, as they awaken Ventus's and Aura's Keyblades after Xion's demise. The first time they use them, they appear as two Kingdom Keys, their's and Ventus's and Aura's, which quickly transform into the Oathkeeper & Oblivion.

"How many times do we have to beat you!?"

—Roxas and Xikana engaging Riku in battle

Xion's absorption into Roxas and Xikana, along with the knowledge of Xemnas's true plans, only further strengthens Roxas's and Xikana's determination to find Sora and Kiana and the answers that they seek. Before that, however, Roxas and Xikana return to The World That Never Was, planning to "set Kingdom Hearts free", in compliance to Xion's last words. They also desire to save Xion from within them, hoping that freeing Kingdom Hearts would bring her back and then they could go back to Axel. Upon his arrival, Roxas and Xikana are attacked at Memory's Skyscraper by countless Neoshadow Heartless, which surround them.

Roxas and Xikana draw out their Keyblades, ready to defend themselves. However, even after slaying many Heartless, they realize there are too many to fight alone.

Luckily, Riku suddenly appears at the scene on top of the Skyscraper, and Roxas and Xikana toss him their Oblivion Keyblades as they run up, and all three of them defeat the Neoshadows once on the ground. However, the three of them immediately turn on each other when done. Roxas and Xikana beat Riku at first, but Riku taunts him by calling them "Sora and Kiana" and saying that they should be "stronger than this", causing them to reflexively answer with, "Get real. Look at which one of us is winning", something that only Sora and Kiana would say.

Riku willingly unleashes his inner darkness and takes on the physical appearance of Ansem, Seeker of Darkness. Riku-Ansem disappears and reappears in front of Roxas and Xikana, surprising them, before the Guardian grabs them and squeezes them hard enough to make them lose consciousness. DiZ then appears and opens up a portal to the old mansion in Twilight Town, where DiZ resides.

DiZ aims to join Sora and Kiana and Roxas and Xikana together in order to help Sora and Kiana wake up faster after regaining their memories. However, they know the Organization is hunting fervently for their missing members, so DiZ placed them in a virtual Twilight Town. There, Roxas and Xikana would be kept safely away from the Organization while they lived as a normal boy and girl, unaware of their past. Even though Roxas and Xikana begin to forget about Xion, she tells them that she'll always remember them and Axel. It showed that when Roxas and Xikana began to forget, cutscenes including them, Axel, and Xion were changed by Xion being erased.

Kingdom Hearts II

Somehow, DiZ was able to alter Roxas's and Xikana's mind to cause them to believe that they live a normal life in the digital Twilight Town. They have become best friends with three kids: Hayner, Pence, and Olette and even writes a diary of their time in town. It is this time in the digital Twilight Town that serves as the prologue to Kingdom Hearts II, similar to Destiny Islands in Kingdom Hearts. Roxas and Xikana have lost all memory of their life with the Organization.

As Namine nears the completion of the task of restoring Sora's and Kiana's memories, Roxas and Xikana soon begin seeing brief fleeting memories of Sora and Kiana through a number of their dreams. In addition, mysterious events start to occur around town. Strange white creatures, the Nobodies, begin invading the town, stealing photographs and attacking Roxas and Xikana. These Nobodies had been sent along with Axel by the Organization, who had finally located their former members, in an attempt to capture them.

Along with the Nobodies, Roxas and Xikana come into contact with Namine several times, who seems to know things about Roxas and Xikana that they themselves don't and once saves them from the outburst of darkness resulting from the defeat of the Twilight Thorn on day three inside Roxas's and Xikana's Dive to the Heart.

Furthermore, as observed by DiZ, Namine's contact with Roxas and Xikana connect their hearts with Kairi's, who Roxas and Xikana remembered as a friend of Sora and Kiana. They also meet a mysterious man in a Black Cloak, later revealed to be Riku, who at one point asks a cryptic question: "Can you feel Sora and Kiana?" Roxas and Xikana later meet another mysterious figure masked in red bandages, DiZ, who was responsible for their imprisonment.

Though the intentions of these characters are enigmatic to Roxas and Xikana, Axel soon appears with a more straightforward goal. Axel needs to bring Roxas and Xikana back with him under the orders of Xaldin and Xemnas. However, Roxas and Xikana remember nothing of Axel, whose claims of his relation with Roxas and Xikana only confuse Roxas and Xikana. Axel is soon forced to attack the young boy and girl to accomplish his goal. He battles Roxas and Xikana in the midst of the Struggle tournament, but only DiZ's timely interruption spares Roxas and Xikana from defeat.

After the Struggle Tournament, Roxas and Xikana fall off the Station Tower and somehow mentally attempts to contact Namine, only to end up reaching Kairi, Namine's true counterpart, instead. They recognize her name from their dreams of Sora and Kiana, and when Kairi inquires Sora's and Kiana's names, Sora and Kiana themselves, despite being asleep at that time, talk to Kairi through Roxas and Xikana and give her a hint of their names (Starts with an "S and K"...).

In addition to these mysterious people, Roxas and Xikana also begin to see strange anomalies due to the nature of Digital Twilight Town. Time often freezes, and only they and select people seem to be unaffected. They also see strange "glitches" around town that they could not explain. For some time, Roxas and Xikana continue to be befuddled by all these events.

That all changes when summer vacation comes to a close, and the truth is revealed: Namine informs Roxas and Xikana that they are Nobodies, and that they are supposed to meet with Sora and Kiana, the boy and girl in red from their dreams, in order to complete them. Along with that, Roxas and Xikana discover that they are living in a digital Twilight Town, and that their friends aren't real, just data. They encounter Axel once again, who had been ordered to eliminate Roxas and Xikana if he refused to return. DiZ, however, manages to freeze Axel in his tracks, along with the rest of the world, thus saving Roxas and Xikana. DiZ then tells them to go to the abandoned mansion. They do so, and there they encounter Namine.

She reveals to them information on Organization XIII and states that reuniting with Sora and Kiana would not cause them to disappear, but make them whole. However, she is interrupted by DiZ, but before she is taken away, she promises them that they would meet again, even if they won't recognize each other. Desiring to see Sora and Kiana, Roxas and Xikana make their way through the mansion and begins to recall their former lifes. In doing so they realize that they had been captured and placed into the digital world by DiZ and the mysterious cloaked man. Roxas and Xikana then destroy DiZ's computer in anger, even though it was just a digital copy.

Roxas and Xikana then enter the pod room where Sora and Kiana are kept, but not before seeing Donald Duck and Goofy slumbering in their own pods. DiZ is there to greet them, revealing his intentions and fueling Roxas's and Xikana's rage with cutting remarks about Roxas's and Xikana's purpose and nature.

In a blind rage, Roxas and Xikana try to cut down DiZ, but sees that this DiZ is only a hologram; even after this, Roxas and Xikana continue to attack DiZ. He vanishes, and the pod in the center of the room opens. All their anger drain away when they see Sora and Kiana slumbering in the pod. Sadly smiling, they say to Sora and Kiana, "You're lucky... Looks like our summer vacation is... over". With those words, Roxas and Xikana respectfully accepts their fate and rejoin with their original selves.

Right after the prologue ends, Sora and Kiana hear Roxas and Xikana call out to them, and wonder who it is before hearing Donald and Goofy do the same and waking up.

Though they do not actually appear to Sora and Kiana throughout most of the game, Roxas and Xikana are frequently mentioned. Most of the Organization members act as if Sora and Kiana are Roxas and Xikana and refer to them as such, which both frustrate and confuse Sora and Kiana. Roxas and Xikana themselves manage to maintain a presence within Sora and Kiana despite "resting". The first time this is hinted at is when Sora and Kiana depart from Twilight Town for the first time, saying goodbye to Hayner, Pence, and Olette.

To their surprise, a tear roll down both their cheeks, expressing Roxas's and Xikana's own sadness in separating from their own friends, and feels strangely sad to be leaving Twilight Town. During the visit to Yen Sid's tower Sora and Kiana remark that they, Donald, Goofy, Riku, and King Mickey are all fighting, and includes Roxas and Xikana instinctively in that list. Sora and Kiana instinctively know how to ride a skateboard, (a skill that was not touched upon in the first game) and is shown to be very skilled in doing so; presumably, this is an ability passed down from Roxas and Xikana.

During the second visit to Twilight Town, Roxas's and Xikana's presence within Sora and Kiana's is again apparent. As Sora and Kiana look through the crystal orb and at the orange sun, they subconsciously feel Roxas and Xikana truly within them, and briefly take on Roxas's and Xikana's appearance as they do so (at least to the player). Then, during Sora, Kiana, Donald, and Goofy's brief stay in a Realm of Darkness after the Battle of the 1000 Heartless, Riku leaves two clues for them, one of which is a picture from the digital Twilight Town which shows Roxas, Xikana, Hayner, Pence, and Olette standing in front of the abandoned mansion at Twilight Town.

Finally, a dying Axel reveals his intent to Sora and Kiana and his relation to Roxas and Xikana before fading into nothingness from using all his energy. His death, as Xemnas said, was strong enough to finally, truly awaken Roxas and Xikana at last. Only after the death of Saïx do Sora and Kiana find out why the Organization thought that they and Roxas and Xikana are one and the same.

"You make good others..."

—Roxas and Xikana upon having been defeated by Sora and Kiana

The hints of Roxas's and Xikana's presence within Sora and Kiana come to a climax in the World That Never Was. At Memory's Skyscraper, two Samurai Nobodies arrive and block Sora and Kiana from Donald and Goofy. Then, Roxas and Xikana, shrouded in Black Coats, confront Sora and Kiana, summoning their Keyblades (much to Sora's and Kiana's surprise). The four are transported to the Station of Serenity, and they share an intense battle, which was originally depicted in a short cutscene, but became an actual boss battle in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix.

At one point, Roxas and Xikana float from above, and see the images of Riku, Kairi, Donald, and Goofy next to Sora and Kiana, and finally understand that Sora and Kiana have the Keyblade because of the bond with their friends. Still, Roxas and Xikana continue to attack, and are able to knock the Keyblades out of Sora's and Kiana's hands. Sora and Kiana, however, recover the Keyblade and swiftly cut a surprised Roxas and Xikana down. Roxas and Xikana, wounded, drop their weapons and their hoods, revealing their faces, and tell Sora and Kiana, "You make good others", disappearing with satisfied looks.

As Sora and Kiana make their way up the Organization's stronghold, the Organization members, before being cut down one by one, make more and more confusing remarks about Roxas and Xikana. Upon Saïx's loss, Sora and Kiana question why the Organization call them "Roxas and Xikana", and Riku reveals that Roxas and Xikana are their Nobodies, which gave Roxas and Xikana the power to use the Keyblade. Sora and Kiana are taken aback by this at first, but then remember his brief transformation into a Heartless while attempting to rescue Kairi. Riku also explains that Roxas and Xikana left the Organization, and Riku tried to bring them to DiZ, but was defeated. Riku then took on the form of Xehanort's Heartless and used the darkness as a weapon.

He managed to bring Roxas and Xkiana back so that they may join with Sora and Kiana in order to awaken them from their sleep. However, Riku realized that Roxas and Xikana had left in the first place because they really wanted to meet Sora and Kiana, and thus Riku didn't have to fight them. Sora and Kiana sadly express that they want to meet Roxas and Xikana as well, not knowing that they had already met them during their battle at Memory's Skyscraper. Riku then points out that Roxas and Xikana rest within them. On their way to fight Xemnas, DiZ (now revealed to be the real Ansem, Ansem the Wise) apologizes to Roxas and Xikana for his mistreatment of them, though he didn't know whether or not they could hear him.

"We see ourselves the way you remember us, and you see yourself the way we remember you."

—Roxas and Xikana, when reunited with Namine, before joining with Sora and Kiana once again.

After Xemnas's seeming defeat and the demise of most of the Organization members, Roxas, Xikana, and Namine reunite, with Roxas and Xikana projecting themselves through Sora and Kiana after Namine joins with Kairi. They are happy that they met again, and say that unlike other Nobodies, they got to meet their original selves and become whole.

Finally, Roxas, Xikana, and Namine believe that as long as Sora, Kiana, and Kairi are together, they will be also, and accept their place within Sora, Kiana, and Kairi after being promised by their counterparts that they would always be together. With that, the three Nobodies merge back with their original selves. Even though Roxas and Xikana are gone at this point, they can be considered present when Sora, Kiana, and Riku go into the final boss battles against Xemnas, since Roxas and Xikana and Sora and Kiana are technically in the same bodies when Xemnas is killed.

Roxas, Xikana, and Namine are seen one last time, when Sora, Kiana, and Riku return to Destiny Islands. As Sora, Kiana, and Kairi reunite, they smile at each other, while Roxas, Xikana, and Namine do the same. With the death of Xemnas, Roxas and Xikana could be considered the only surviving members of Organization XIII, if only ex-members.

Kingdom Hearts coded

A data version of Roxas and Xikana make an appearance in Kingdom Hearts coded and are fought as the final bosses. In Castle Oblivion, Data-Namine reveals to Data-Sora and Data-Kiana and King Mickey that Roxas and Xikana are two of the people that, while gone, are still connected to Sora's and Kiana's hearts.

Blank Points

Roxas, Xikana, Xion, and Axel are seen sitting happily together on the Clock Tower eating Sea-salt ice cream. Roxas, Xikana, and Xion look into the sunset, and together say Sora's and Kiana's names.

Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance

Roxas and Xikana make an appearance in the opening scene where Sora and Kiana transform into Roxas and Xikana, being watched by Kairi, who changes into Namine, while falling down to a Dive to the Heart. After they land, Xion appears and points the Kingdom Key at them. The scene changes to the part where Roxas, Xikana, Axel, and Xion are having a fun time at the clocktower, while eating ice cream together. The scene changes back to Xion who fades into light. Roxas's and Xikana's fight with Axel at Twilight Town then begins before the scene morphs to Xemnas's final battle with Sora, Kiana, and Riku, with Sora wielding Oathkeeper while Riku wields Oblivion, and Kiana wielding both Oathkeeper and Oblivion. They also appear in the end of the opening with Terra, Aqua, Ventus, Aura, Donald, and Goofy in order to defeat Master Xehanort by helping Sora, Kiana, Riku and Mickey.

Roxas and Xikana are then seen in Lea's flashback, just a second before the moment he awakens. Roxas and Xikana remind Axel about the promise he made to them (the scene from 358/2 Days where he was talking with Xion in front of the manor in Twilight Town before their battle) that no matter how many times they run off, Axel would always be there to bring them back. Axel agrees that he remembers, then Roxas and Xikana smile to him and say "Got it memorized?" and vanish.

Roxas and Xikana then appears in The World That Never Was, while Sora and Kiana were chasing Xion. They start talking that Sora and Kiana should have all feelings and memories Roxas and Xikana had, but Sora and Kiana disagree by saying that Roxas and Xikana and he and Kiana are not the same person at all and that Roxas and Xikana should have been able to exist by themselves. Roxas and Xikana are surprised by this and they say "Sora, Kiana, see? That's why it has to be you." They then move their memories and feelings into Sora and Kiana and vanish, leaving a more aggressive and confused Sora and Kiana alone in the dark city.

Roxas and Xikana reappear within Sora's and Kiana's hearts, in the end of Riku's story, where they ask him a question, and disappear when he answers.

As Kiana's Nobody, Xikana's facial features closely resemble her, same dark-brown eyes, the same body build, and long hair (though it is not difficult to set them apart in the actual game). Nonetheless, she looks like Roxas, Namine, and Xion. In contrast to Kiana's dark-brown hair, Xikana's is a light brown. Her hair style also separates them, as her hair is somewhat longer than Kiana's and drapes over her right shoulder. She also looks identical to Aura, due to Aura's heart having been within Kiana's heart when Xikana was created.

When in Organization XIII, Xikana wore the Black Coat, with a number of small differences. She wore the same coat Roxas wore, with slightly pointed shoulders and closer-fitting sleeves. She also wears the more feminine, heeled boots that Larxene wears and the basic black gloves. Xikana's cloak had a vague resemblance to the one worn by Xion.

While living in the false Twilight Town, Xikana wore much better clothes. She wore a purple lace dress that went to about mid-thigh as opposed to just above her knee and purple sandals.

"You should share some of that hatred with Kiana. She's far too nice for her own good."

—DiZ, to Xikana

Xikana, unlike other Nobodies, seems to possess real emotions, due to her possession of Aura's heart that stayed with her once she and Sora were separated during Xikana's creation. Many ranges of feelings come her from her depending on her situation. Being Kiana's other half, her personality is similar to that of her counterpart, with some differences. For example, when Riku confirms that Xikana is Kiana's Nobody after they meet in Dark City, Xikana's statement, "What are you talking about? I am me! Nobody else!" is nearly identical to Kiana's later reactions when the Organization XIII members address her as Xikana.

For example, Xikana has the same amount of kindness like Kiana, but far more quick to anger; she is patient, defensive, and stands her ground, characteristics that had mixed in her fighting style. She can be humble, confident, and modest as proven in her battles, more so when she engages Riku in a fight, proclaiming that she could not beat him no matter how many times he attempted to. When blinded with anger, she lets go of all reason and focuses on venting her anger, as seen when she continually hacks at DiZ's computers and viciously attacks DiZ's hologram. Her words have bite, and she isn't afraid to speak her mind. She even expressed some dislike for being compared to Kiana early on due to their relation, which DiZ notes with amusement in their encounter.

Like Kiana, Xikana has patience for people who seem to be bending her will or trying to confuse her. She doesn't have an extreme lust for life as well, not taking everything in with a bright outlook, but she does wish and desire one of her own with fervor. And despite their differences, the traits she and Kiana share are shown in how they deeply care for their friends, along with some instances where Xikana is happy, cheerful, kind, at ease, and carefree in good company—even shown laughing.

Another difference with Kiana is their heroic status. Often times, Xikana shows how she'd rather not have anything to do with the Keyblade, longing to be a normal kid, with a normal life, and normal friends. This is something represented in Hayner, Pence, and Olette throughout the series, as she is shown a number of times watching them in wonder and interest. On the other hand, Kiana, despite that he was more or less the same, was spurred on by the goal of finding her friends and took on the responsibility more passively, without much hassle.

In Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance, Xikana shares her memories and emotions with Kiana following DiZ' last instruction by giving Kiana her hatred.

Since Xikana's complete being's heart is made up of two Keyblade wielders' hearts, Xikana can dual-wield Keyblades, Oathkeeper and Oblivion.
