The Master Control Program is a boss in Kingdom Hearts II, located in Space Paranoids. He must be fought alongside Commander Sark.

Guardian Soul is very useful here because its ability, Reaction Boost, makes the battle easier. During the battle with the MCP, Sark again throws his disk (which has proportionately increased in size) and can shock the ground when Sora is close. He sometimes raises a wall if you try to run from him , which allows Sora to use the Needle Dive Reaction Command, instantly destroying the head. The other way to get rid of Sark is to attack Sark's two feet which will make him kneel, so his head can be attacked - destroying the head stuns Sark for some time, but he will be regenerated by the MCP.

The MCP has walls that surround the core in which he is in, you need to attack the walls surrounding him and use the Delete Reaction Command. This is the only way to defeat him. You must have Tron in your party to use Delete.

After decreasing the MCP's HP with Delete, if you are not interrupted by Sark, the MCP will surround the walls with electricity and cause them to spin rapidly. This will end the reaction command. The MCP can also fire lasers from the walls which might be a problem when trying to attack the walls. If you destroy any of the walls, after a while the MCP will restore them.

Since Delete counts as multiple hits in Valor Form, this is a great battle to train Valor. Hitting the Defensive Walls also count. Hit Sark if your drive runs low. Have the Drive Boost Ability equipped.
