This page exists to help regular users report other users that are being disruptive and are believed to deserve a ban. This page should be used if you wish to report a user/IP that is:

• Vandalising or being otherwise disruptive
• Harrassing or insulting other users in the wiki chat room
• Spam-advertising

If you are reporting a user for thier actions in chat, you must provide proof of thier offense. To do this, please provide a screenshot of the incident and give the off site link in the reason section of the layout. Failure to provide evidence will result in the block request being ignored.

How to Request a blockEdit

When reporting users, please use Template:Block-Request. The code for this template is:

... you would type in this.
