The Ice Cannon is an Emblem Heartless that is found in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.

DesignEdit

An Ice Cannon, fittingly, is shaped like a small cannon. Its body is light blue with white highlights and black rivets. It has four short, sharp, turquoise legs, a large, turquoise spike on either of its sides, and a black base. The Heartless's face is a black sphere with glowing yellow eyes set in the front of the cannon's body. The actual barrel of the cannon is blue and has several light blue designs that cause it to resemble a face, with the mouth of the cannon being the nose. It also sports a short, curled, yellow fuse in its back.

The Ice Cannon's name clearly references its manipulation of ice, as well as the weapon it is based on.

StrategyEdit

The Ice Cannon like all other Cannon Heartless has two attacks; a head on shot, and a homing aerial shot with a homing heartless emblem which shows you where the shot is going to land.

To avoid the head on shots stay behind the heartless, as it can only attack enemies in front of it, or block it back at them. The homing aerial attack can be dodged reasonably easily by dodge rolling or air sliding out of the way. Attack it when it isn't attacking and this Heartless will soon fall.
